Reiki is a healing modality used to transfer energy to the recipient, creating a healthy flow of Life Force energy throughout the body.

Energy is constantly flowing through our body. If our Life Force energy is low or blocked, it can impact us in different ways. Reiki is a healing modality that works with this energy to provide healing on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki increases one’s Life Force Energy, bringing the body back into balance and promoting self healing within the body on a cellular level.

My intention during each session is to hold space, facilitate and close the session with the client achieving a peaceful and restorative state. As each person is unique, so are my sessions. Sessions may include crystal therapy, sound therapy and guidance through intuitive messages. I do cleanse the space with sacred smoke and sometimes may use essential oils for aromatherapy so if there are any scent sensitivities or allergies I ask that you please let me know in advance.
